Saturday

...of taking a break

Hello there!

May 11-12, I will be commuting to UNC Hospital for thyrogin injections in preparation for another dose of I-131, (radiation), on 13 May. I will then stay overnight in the area the 13th-15th and I will have a whole body scan on the 15th. The last time I had this done I did not feel very well so I am thinking that I will not be posting next week. However, my body may not even respond the same way this time, but just to let you all know that if I do not post at all or just sporadically, this is why.

My mother will be arriving Saturday to help us for the week. I do hope I feel well enough to at least read your posts.

  3. Larie:
Jesus is in the boat with you, dear sister. He is not on the shore, barely hearing your cries for help and healing. He is right beside you, speaking to the storm to 'be still!'
When this is over, may you hear Him say, "Woman, great is your faith! Be it unto you as you have believed!"
    Blessings, His love and mine,
    Jeanette

I'm new to your blog so this is the first I am reading about your illness. We will be praying for you.

  6. I'm NOT new to your blog, yet it's the first I'm reading about your illness also. Yet another cross to bear. May God bless and keep you, Larie. Praying for your strength to endure! Perfect peace to you.

  8. Father, I am asking You to hold Larie in perfect peace as she goes through this treatment again. Thank You for her mother who is home to help. Thank You for You goodness and faithfulness in our every situation, and I am asking You to display them both to Larie this week.
    Thank You, Father!
