If I don’t confess, it’ll just get worse.

If I confess, we may not be able to stomach the results.
If I don’t confess, we won’t be able to stomach the results of guilt and harm.

If I confess, I could lose my family.
If I don’t confess, I will lose my family.

If I confess, I am weak.
If I don’t confess, I will lose my strength.

If I confess, I am not woman.
If I don’t confess, I am not worthy of bearing the title, Woman.

If I confess, shame and ridicule will come.
If I don’t confess, I shame and ridicule myself.

If I confess, I may be marked and thrown outside the camp.
If I don’t confess, I defile the camp.

If I confess, I will become a slave.
If I don’t confess, I remain in slavery to self.

If I confess, I fail.
If I don’t confess, I fail others.

If I confess, I will be exposed.
If I don’t confess, I remain hidden.

If I confess, I let my family and friends down.
If I don’t confess, I fail myself.

If I don’t confess, satan cheers.
If I confess, God is exalted!
